The primary purpose in the design of the model ‘GD72’, described below, is to provide a machine of new conception and easy to use. ‘GD72’ glues and closes preformed trays with integrated lid during a continuous movement. This machine, developed accordingly to the peculiar needs of the “industry” sector but adaptable to different market segments, uses mechanical automatisms. ‘GD72’ is tailored following the requirements of the customer, adapting the standard equipment to the specific needs. Preformed and filled up trays are hooked up by a chain and come to the machine, which distributes the glue and closes the lid during the translation. The following system of compression, during the movement of the tray, guarantees the correct gluing of the lid.
The long presence on the Italian market and the experience gained on the foreign ones enriched our know-how, enabling us to develop a very high performing machine.
The prerogatives of this machine are small overall dimensions, high output rate and rapidity of size changeover.
