GD ‘RPC’
The primary purpose in the design of the model ‘GD RPC’, described below, is to provide a machine of new conception and easy to use to open “RPC” folded crates. The peculiarity of the machine is its composition by modules, which makes it very flexible offering enormous logistic advantages. ‘GD RPC’ is composed by an automatic feeder module which picks up the crates from the pallet, by a forming module which opens the crates and by an automatic palletizer module. The line does not require an operator during the manufacturing. The flexibility of the machine allows to integrate a packing line and a washing machine.
The long presence on the Italian market and the experience gained on the foreign ones enriched our know-how, enabling us to develop a very high performing and flexible machine.
The prerogatives of this machine are small overall dimensions, high output rate and rapidity of size changeover.
The machines are supplied with user maintenance manual and spare parts booklet.
